1- Homemade foot cream recipe

Ingredients:

Cera
mustard oil
coconut oil
Almond oil

How to prepare:

In a shallow sauce pan, place a cup of wax and place the burner over low heat. Let the wax melt. Once melted, add 3 teaspoons of mustard oil, coconut oil and almond oil. Stir all the ingredients to mix them all well. Continue to stir until you notice that all three oils have completely mixed with the wax. Put out the flame and let it cool down. 2- Milk and Honey Moisturizing Foot Sage

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of cold milk
1 cup of honey
¼ cup of orange juice
3 – 4 drops of vanilla essence
2-3 tablespoons of almond oil
Method:

Put the milk and honey in a container and heat it over low heat.
While stirring, add the orange juice and almond oil.
Take it off the flame and let it cool down.
After cooling, add the vanilla essence and give it a stir.
Pour the cream into a container and refrigerate it for future use.
Apply this on washed feet every night before going to bed.
Keep it on for an hour and then wash it off with cold water.

3- Cocoa Butter and Tea Oil Moisturizing Foot Sage

Ingredients:

½ cup of cocoa butter
½ cup of olive oil
12 drops of tea tree oil
10 drops of peppermint oil
20 grams of beeswax


Method:

Melt the beeswax in a double boiler.
Slowly add oil and cocoa butter.
Finally, add the two essential oils after turning off the flame.
Cool the mixture and pour it into a container.
Apply on clean feet, wear socks and keep it on overnight.
Store the remaining amount in the refrigerator for future use.
