I recently created this orange banana smoothie as a post-workout recovery drink. It’s light, refreshing and the perfect mix of carbohydrates and protein to help your body recover.

Ingredients
½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup milk

2 medium oranges, peeled and chopped

½ cup frozen mango chunks

1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1 tbsp honey or to taste

½ to 1 cup ice

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
