Fat Burning Drink for Weight Loss
Cinnamon is power-packed with antioxidants, and at the same time, also helps with fat loss. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and fights diabetes. On the other hand, Cumin helps in burning calories faster by increasing the speed of metabolism and improving digestion.
Here’s what you need:
1 litre water
3 tsp cumin
3-inch cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon
Method:
In a large saucepan, take one litre of water.
Add cumin and cinnamon, and let it boil for five minutes.
Let it cool slightly, and strain the water.
In a glass, add the warm detox water. Add honey and lemon juice, and mix well.
Drink this cumin-cinnamon fat-burning drink first thing in the morning.
